Q: Do I have to prebook for a general visit?

A: The only time you need to prebook is for a private experience or birthday party.  For a general visit just turn up on a day we're open. 

Q: Is the centre free to visit?

A: No. Admission fees apply.

Q: I have a family ticket for general entry only, how many people does one ticket cover? 

A: Each family ticket covers up to 4 people only per ticket. If you are using a family ticket that has been verified from us please make sure it has not expired. 

Q: What's involved at the centre and displays? Can we hold some of the birds?

A: With general entry you'll get to have a go at flying one small-medium owl species and possibly hold a few different birds too depending on how busy the centre is. We do have a variety of birds of prey to come and see at our centre with some different displays.

Q:  I want to buy a experience day voucher but how do I purchase spectator vouchers?

A: Please get in contact with us and we can sort out spectator vouchers for you.

Q: What are the admission fee prices to the centre for general visits?

A: Currently as of 2022, adults are £9, children £7, seniors £7 and under three's go free. 

Q: Do you take on volunteers, work experience students or job applications?

A: Currently we are only a small centre and are not currently taking on any volunteers, work experience students or job applicatons.
